SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for supporting Sebora at our launch. This policy explains how and when we ship orders, including pre-orders for our first production batch.

PRE-ORDER SHIPMENTS

Sebora is currently accepting reservations and pre-orders for our first production batch. Products are not yet in stock and have not yet shipped.

We currently estimate our first batch will ship in late 2026. This estimate is subject to change based on manufacturing timelines, quality testing, and regulatory review. We will email you in advance of any shipment with confirmation, tracking, and an opportunity to confirm, modify, or cancel your order.

If you placed a $1 reservation deposit: Your $1 deposit holds your spot in the first batch. We will email you when production is complete to collect the full payment for your order before shipping. You may cancel at any time before shipping for a full refund of your deposit.

If you placed a pre-order at our early-access price: Your card was charged at the time of order. Your order will ship with the first batch on or around the date above. You may request a full refund at any time before your order ships.

If our shipping timeline changes by more than 30 days from our most recent communicated estimate, we will email all pre-order customers and offer the option of a full refund or continued reservation.

SHIPPING ONCE PRODUCTS ARE IN STOCK

Once Sebora products are in regular inventory, we will ship via [USPS / UPS / your chosen carrier — fill this in before going live] from our fulfillment partner in CA.

Estimated delivery times within the contiguous United States:
- Standard shipping: 3-7 business days from ship date
- Expedited shipping: 2-3 business days from ship date (when available)

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of order or batch ship date.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND REGIONS

At this time, Sebora ships only to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and U.S. military APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship to international addresses.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not able to reroute packages once they have shipped. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; you may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order. Some promotional offers may include free shipping; the terms of those offers will be clearly stated at the time.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and at your local post office, then email us at hello@trysebora.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the damage and email us at hello@trysebora.com within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.

Once a package is in the carrier's possession, we have limited ability to influence delivery timing. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help you trace and recover any package that goes missing.
